Enrique Vicent is a dancer with a long career in different flamenco venues and companies around the world. She teaches Spanish Dance and Flamenco at the ESAEM Ballet Conservatory.
Born in Malaga, his beginnings in dance were at the early age of 7 years old.
He entered Pepa Flores Malága conservatory at the age of 9, being one of the youngest students. He complements his degree in Spanish dance by training with great masters such as : Paco Romero, Betty, Maribel Gallardo, Eva la yerbabuena, Jose Antonio (National Ballet Director), Manuel Liñan, the dancer known as La Lupi and Antonio Najarro.
On a professional level, he has worked in several national dance companies and has travelled around the world with several shows.
In 1994 he opened his own dance school to train dancers, some of them with great projection and who are currently members of the Spanish National Ballet and Andalucia Ballet Flamenco.
He has participated in different national and international competitions and contests, being champion of Europe of Spanish Dance.
At present, he continues to train dancers in his own school and teaches flamenco at the prestigious Málaga Higher School of Performing Arts (ESAEM).
His last collaboration as a dancer has been in the award given to the singer India Martinez with a performance of her song “Cielo y Tierra”.
