What does Initiation to Dance and Performing Arts mean?
“Initiation to Dance and Performing Arts” is the official training in performing arts of the Conservatory of Dance and Performing Arts “ESAEM Ballet” for children from 7 years of age on.
Through games, the youngest children have their first contact with acting, dancing and singing.

Theatre classes enhance their imaginative and creative abilities. It is a motivation for reading comprehension, analysis of the situations and characters of plays or tales .
Thanks to dance, children begin to know and control their bodies, develop laterality, balance, spatiality, motor skills, choreographic memory and movement in different rhythms. The choreographies in group, in addition to favoring their coordination, help them in their social and emotional development.
Singing helps children to relax and disinhibit themselves, as well as stimulates them to learn music and rhythm.

The students who study with us the “Initiation” courses will continue with the “Elementary Degree in Dance and Performing Arts”, also an official Conservatory Degree.
