Raúl Cassinerio is a renowned international choreographer, dancer and actor with an extensive career in theatre, musicals, TV and film. Professor in the dual degree of Dramatic Art and Performing Arts at ESAEM.

BIOGRAPHY
Born in Buenos Aires, he has more than 40 years of experience in the theatrical sector. He began his studies of Dramatic Art with Homero Carpena, a leading actor in the Argentine film world.
Graduated from the Albistur Conservatory in Jazz, Tango and Tap Dance, he began working professionally at the age of 14, being “Hair” his first musical.
At the age of 17 he attended Contemporary workshops at the school of the San Martín Theatre in Buenos Aires, with teachers of the standing of Ana Itelman, Mauricio Wainrot, Ana María Stekelman and others.
He joined the company Jazz and Co. with the director and choreographer Marcela Sotello for a year, and then became part of the cast of the Argentine production of “Jesus Christ Superstar” directed by Charles Gray and choreographed by Bob Lupone.

In 2005 he moved to London, where he was hired as Choreographer for four prestigious Musical Theatre schools, Royal Academy of Music, Mountview Academy of Arts, London School of Musical Theatre and Urdang Academy. For two years he has been a movement teacher for the Mountiview Academy Acting course, and has also participated as a choreographer for the Congress Youth Theatre of Cwmbran (Wales) in the production of “Moby Dick” The Musical.
In 2011 he returned to Madrid, where he resumed his work as a teacher and participated in productions such as “TARZAN EL MUSICAL” and “33” El Musical.
